Flying the Pyrenees
Program
Our Pyrenees Base Camp is established in the small Catalan village of Ager. Ager is known for its reliable weather, wild limestone mountains, its thermal and cross-country flight potential and, typical for Spain, a thermal inversion that carries us gently until dusk into the sky.
Day trips to Organya, the Mecca of all acro pilots and birthplace of many new acro maneuvers are also on the program. If the weather is fine, an additional trip is planned to the heart of the Pyrenees: to Castejon de Sos. The ideal trip for pilots, both qualified and student who want to immerse themselves, in late September, in the Spanish late summer.
